Our Unit
Our unit currently consists of over 15 ladies of all ages and backgrounds.
Every month within the unit the top selling, banking and overall party organiser is recognised. Along with the Party Organisers who have achieved prizes for the monthly competitions set by myself, and also the Area Manager and the company. There are many competitions to attempt and many can be achieved and won by everyone rather than just 1 individual!!
Almost every month this year there has been at least 1 lady each month from unit achieving a place in our Area top ten for their sales and banking. There are over 500 party organisers in the area so to be placed in the top 10 is fabulous!
During 2009 we have even had a couple of ladies achieving such fabulous sales and banking figures that they have been ranked in the top ten in the company during that particular month which really is an excellent claim as there are thousands of party organisers to compete with across the country.
So, you can be sure that you are joining a team that is well trained and successful.
The great part is, the whole team works together and we all help each other, so you could be achieving these rankings very soon!
How much could you earn?
An average party usually generates around £280 which in turn gives earnings of approximately £75 (including your raffle).
So, if you were to hold just 2 parties each week you could expect to have monthly earnings of £500 - £600.
That’s just partying part time!!!
If you wanted to become a full time party organiser, and you held still only 4 parties each week, you could earn £1000 to £1200 a month
Yes full time would consist of just 3 hours 4 times per week!!
Not the usual 8 hours (minimum) 5 days a week!
So, the answer to how much could you earn is simply "How much do you want to earn????"
Your Training and your Kit
I will arrange your training party and your kit handover with you.
Your kit handover will take place provided you have 4 parties booked within the next 6 weeks when the handover is due to take place.
From the date of your arranged kit handover, your account will be charged a weekly rate of £3.50. This is a rental payment for your kit.
Once you have paid invoices to the value of £1200, or paid weekly kit rentals of £3.50 for 32 weeks (whichever is sooner) your kit rental charges will then stop.
The kit will still belong to Ann Summers, you will simply rent it for free.
What should you do now?

And then concentrate on booking in at least 4 parties and collecting £100 of orders between now and your kit handover date. That will be held in the following 6 weeks.
You can ask family, friends, your local pub, gym, beauty salon, in fact any woman over 18!!
Once you have booked them a date, you will then need to prepare their party pack.
Once you have sent their party pack you then need to make three very important phone calls. This is called "Hostess Coaching" These phone calls are vital to your business.
You are reminding your hostess of her party, and of the special offers she can achieve if her party is a success.
By making these calls she will work hard to get plenty of guests attending and buying at her party for you, which will make your job much simpler when you arrive at the party!!
So, can you answer "yes" to the following 5 questions?
Can you commit to a minimum of 4 nights each month to hold parties?
Do you have 4 people who would hold a party for you? (This can include you holding your own party as one of them!)
Can you make 1 phone call to myself each week on a Sunday between 12 & 2 for me to take your figures for the week and check how your getting on, helping where necessary?
Can you commit to attending 1 meeting each month on a Monday evening where you will be rewarded for all of your achievements?
Are you sure you want to earn £20-£30 an hour having fun?
